Millie Montana boasts over a decade of dedicated service within the Cannabis industry, demonstrating her expertise across both retail and wholesale sectors. With a specialization in seed-to-wholesale operations, she excels in crafting products within a vertically integrated environment, overseeing the entire production process from inception to finalization. Millie has contributed her insights to confectionary conferences, served as a guest lecturer at MSU, and successfully managed a team of over 100 individuals. Currently, she is steering her efforts towards the establishment of an expansive outdoor cultivation site, the largest female-owned cultivation facility in the state, and a new brand called “Mills” that will focus on holistic alternatives.
